By booking a treatment or purchasing digital training modules from Romy Olivia Artistry, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

• Deposits: Bookings made through our integrated system may require a deposit to secure your slot.
• Cancellation Policy: We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee.

• Access: Upon purchasing a module, you will receive access to the training portal. This access is granted strictly to the purchasing user and cannot be shared.
• Refunds: Due to the digital nature of training modules and downloadable course manuals, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.
• Intellectual Property: All course content, videos, and manuals are the sole intellectual property of Romy Olivia Artistry. Copying, distributing, or reselling this content is strictly prohibited.

We maintain full professional insurance for all in-person beauty treatments. Clients must accurately complete all consultation forms and disclose any medical conditions or allergies prior to treatment.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time to reflect changes in our services or booking rules.
